Your Branding. Your Product. Your Customers. Call Manager as a Whitelabel Solution

Crown provides carriers and service providers with a powerful whitelabel platform for modern business communications – flexible, scalable, and seamlessly integrable. Operation, maintenance, and ongoing development are fully managed by Crown.

Full Branding

Call Manager can be fully adapted to your corporate design. Colors, logos, product names, and system-level representations are configured so the solution consistently appears under your brand—across the user interface and all related communication channels.

Custom Color and Logo Set

Interface colors, accent colors, and logos are precisely matched to the partner’s visual identity—including status indicators, icons, and navigation bars.

Branded System Naming

Product names, UI labels, and technical metadata (e.g., hostnames or sender information) can be freely defined to reflect your brand.

Login and Start Screens

The visual presentation when entering the app—such as login pages, loading screens, or error messages—is fully aligned with your brand identity.

Branded Communication Templates

System-generated emails, password resets, and invitations appear with the partner’s branding and sender credentials.

Domain and Certificate Integration

Call Manager can be operated under a dedicated partner domain, including TLS certificates issued in the partner’s name.

Custom Product Design

With Call Manager, you're not just offering a communications solution under your own brand—you’re defining exactly how that solution looks and feels to your customers. Preconfigured settings can be precisely tailored: features, capabilities, and the user experience can all be shaped to fit. The result is a unique product profile that aligns seamlessly with your business model.

Configurable Feature Set

Decide which UCC components and add-ons to offer – e.g., just Cloud PBX with a softphone, or additional features like chat, conferencing, and call recording. Functions can be activated based on roles or license tiers.

Custom Product Naming

User interfaces, menus, emails, and manuals reflect your defined terminology—for example, “BusinessConnect” instead of “Call Manager.” This ensures consistent communication in your own product language.

Package Creation and Pricing Logic

Features can be grouped into custom rate plans or packages – tailored to specific customer segments, market verticals, or distribution channels.

Targeted User Interfaces

By applying tailored presets and streamlined interfaces, the user experience can be adapted for different types of customers – such as individual users, businesses, or call center environments.

Multi-Tenant Capability with Resale Structures

The platform supports a hierarchical tenant structure, allowing you to serve your own resellers or sub-brands with dedicated customer instances – including individualized branding, feature sets, and delegated administrative rights.

System Integrations

Call Manager integrates seamlessly into existing processes and system landscapes. With open interfaces and standardized protocols, the platform enables efficient connection to existing infrastructure, automated workflows, and external billing systems.

Provisioning Processes

Call Manager provides robust, proven provisioning workflows – and just as easily integrates into existing systems. Integration is handled via standardized REST APIs and import mechanisms, covering user creation, license management, and device assignment. The result: automated workflows and consistent data across the board, seamlessly aligned with your operational model.

SIP Infrastructure

Call Manager can be seamlessly integrated into existing SIP trunk environments and supports multi-provider architectures, as well as the use of dedicated SBCs (Session Border Controllers), gateways, and number blocks. Mobile connectivity via SIP-enabled SIM cards enables MVNO scenarios (virtual providers operating on third-party networks) with consistent numbering schemes. If no SIP infrastructure is in place, Crown also assists partners in building their own solution based on proven open-source SBCs.

Billing Systems

Call Manager supports seamless integration with external billing platforms, including the transfer of usage and consumption data via standardized interfaces. Alternatively, a built-in, multi-tenant billing system is available that can calculate call charges based on CDRs (Call Detail Records) and send individually branded PDF invoices to end customers. This provides maximum flexibility – regardless of the billing capabilities on the partner’s side.

Operations

Crown offers two operational models tailored to the partner’s requirements and infrastructure: “Hosting” in Crown’s own data centers, or “Local” within the partner’s environment. In both cases, Crown assumes full operational responsibility—including system monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing development. This allows partners to benefit from maximum operational relief while maintaining high reliability.

Hosting

In the Hosting model, Crown operates the platform in its own certified data centers located in Germany. The complete infrastructure – including scalability, redundancy, and availability – is provided and managed by Crown. This model offers maximum simplicity, fast implementation, and a clearly defined division of responsibilities.

  • Operation in Crown Data Centers
  • Infrastructure provided by Crown
  • Scalability & redundancy included
  • No hardware effort required by the partner
  • Full service & maintenance included

Local

In the Local model, the platform is deployed within the partner’s own infrastructure. Crown retains full operational responsibility, while the partner provides the required systems according to defined technical specifications. Scalability, redundancy, and physical hardware security fall under the partner’s responsibility – while Crown ensures software operation and development.

  • Operation in Partner Infrastructure
  • Integration into existing system environment
  • Systems provided according to technical specifications
  • Full control over environment and location
  • Operational responsibility remains with Crown
